Check-in begins at 2:00pm. Rooms are subject to availability upon arrival or payment during online booking.

Check-out is 12:00 noon. This applies to all check-ins that occur before 6:00am as well.

Yes, all room service requests come with additional charges based on the order.

Late check-out after 1:00pm attracts 50% of the room rate while late check-out after 3:00pm attracts 100% of the room rate.

Yes. Full payment is required to guarantee room availability.

A no-show fee equal to 100% of the first night’s rate will be charged.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will attract 100% of the room rate.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice based on seasonal adjustments and hotel policies.

The hotel is not responsible for POS decline issues. Please contact your bank for assistance with declined transactions.
